Information you give us

When you submit a quote request we collect the details you enter — your name, business name, email address, phone number, storefront address, window details, project notes and any files you upload. We use this only to prepare your quote and to contact you about your project. We don't sell it.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram) along with cookies and similar technologies to measure our advertising. The pixel tells us how many people visited a page or submitted a quote request after seeing one of our ads, and it helps us show our ads to people with similar interests. This may involve Meta setting cookies in your browser and receiving your IP address and details about the pages you viewed on this site.

You can opt out of this kind of advertising measurement and targeting through your Facebook ad settings, at facebook.com/settings?tab=ads, and through your Instagram ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's tracking-protection features. Opting out won't stop you from using this site or requesting a quote.

We don't load the pixel on our internal, staff-only pages.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and our advertising — our website hosting and database provider, our email provider, and Meta for the advertising measurement described above.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@storewrap.ca or call (416) 557-9667 and we'll take care of it.
