Retail storefront in Toronto with printed campaign window graphics across the glass

Retail Window Graphics in Toronto

Campaign windows, seasonal changeovers and sale graphics printed and installed on your storefront glass.

A retail storefront earns its rent twice: once from the people who come inside, and once from the hundreds who walk past the glass every hour. Most Toronto shops only collect on the first. Bare windows, a paper sign taped at eye level and a hand-lettered sale notice tell a passerby nothing at the distance they actually make decisions from — the other side of the street, or a car at a red light on Queen or Dundas.

Retail window graphics fix that by treating the glass as the largest sign the business will ever own. The two problems retailers bring us are almost always the same. The first is legibility: a shop with strong branding inside that reads as an anonymous glass box outside. The second is speed. Retail runs on a calendar — back to school, Black Friday, Boxing Day, spring reset, a designer collaboration that lands for three weeks — and the window has to change with it without a week of downtime or a damaged frontage.

We plan retail work around both. Campaign artwork is produced to your exact window sizes so each panel drops into place on install day, and we use removable vinyl on anything that has an end date, so the next changeover starts with clean glass instead of a scraping job.

Applications

What We Make for Retail

Seasonal campaign windows

Full-glass printed panels built for a dated campaign — holiday, Boxing Day, back to school, spring reset. We produce the whole set at once and schedule installation for the morning the campaign goes live.

Sale and promotion graphics

Large percentage-off numbers, date ranges and offer copy sized to read from across the street. Cut vinyl for short promos, printed panels when the offer carries imagery.

Brand and logo windows

Permanent brand presence — logo, wordmark and tagline placed and scaled so the shop is identifiable at walking speed and from passing traffic.

Window display backdrops

Opaque vinyl on the back panel of a display window turns a merchandising bay into a photographic set, hiding the shop floor behind it and putting product against a clean branded background.

Door and entry decals

Hours, contact details, payment and loyalty marks and pull/push lettering on the entrance glass — the small details customers look for once they're standing at the door.

Full storefront takeovers

Every pane wrapped for a launch, a collaboration or a relaunch after a renovation, with perforated film where staff and shoppers still need to see the street.

Process

How It Works for Retail

  1. 01

    Send the campaign calendar

Tell us the dates you need live and send window measurements or photos. We'll map each campaign to the panes it needs.

  2. 02

We prepare and print the set

Your artwork is scaled to each window, proofed and produced on commercial-grade film — the whole campaign set together, not one window at a time.

  3. 03

    We install before opening

Installation is scheduled around trading hours, with the previous campaign removed and the glass cleaned in the same visit.

FAQ

Retail Window Vinyl Questions, Answered.

How quickly can retail window graphics be changed between campaigns?

Once artwork is approved, a typical single-storefront campaign set is produced and installed as one scheduled visit. Removal of the previous campaign and installation of the new one usually happen in the same appointment, so the window is only in transition for a couple of hours.

Will seasonal window decals damage my glass when they come off?

Not when the right material is specified. For anything with an end date we use removable window vinyl, which lifts cleanly and leaves the glass ready for the next campaign. Tell us up front that a graphic is seasonal and we'll spec accordingly.

Can you produce the same sale window graphics for several store locations?

Yes. We regularly produce one campaign across multiple Toronto and GTA addresses. Each location's panels are cut to that store's measurements and labelled per window, and we can coordinate installation so every store goes live on the same date.

How much of the window can I cover before the store feels dark?

Full opaque coverage on a narrow frontage will noticeably darken the floor. Most retailers cover the upper and lower portions solid and keep the shopper's eye-level band clear, or use perforated film for full coverage that still passes light. We'll recommend a split based on your frontage and orientation.

Do I need finished artwork to get retail window graphics made?

No. Send whatever exists — a logo file, campaign assets from your head office, or a rough layout — and we'll prepare production-ready files at your window dimensions and send a proof before anything is printed.
