Toronto pop up shop with a temporary full storefront window wrap installed for a brand launch

Pop Up Shop Window Graphics in Toronto

Fast-turnaround, fully removable storefront wraps for short leases, launches and activations.

A pop-up has no time to build recognition. A permanent store can be slightly anonymous in month one and still be found in month six; a four-week activation has to be unmistakable from day one or the lease expires before anyone works out what's inside. The frontage is the only asset that does that work at scale, and it's almost always inherited — a unit still carrying the last tenant's fixtures, with glass that says nothing about the brand arriving in it.

Window graphics are the fastest possible fix. A full printed wrap changes the entire identity of a unit in a single morning, with no build, no permits for structural signage and no alterations a landlord has to approve as permanent work. For a launch, a seasonal market, a brand activation or a test retail concept, it's the difference between a borrowed space and a location that looks purpose-built.

Everything about how we handle pop-up work is shaped by the calendar. Production is scheduled against your open date rather than a general queue, artwork gets prepared to the unit's real measurements the day we receive it, and every graphic is specified as removable so the teardown at the end of the lease is a clean strip rather than a damage deposit conversation.

Applications

What We Make for Pop-Ups

Full storefront wraps

Every pane printed and covered so the unit reads entirely as your brand from the first morning — the single highest-impact thing a short lease can do.

Launch and countdown windows

Pre-opening coverage that hides the fit-out and carries a date, a teaser or a countdown, so the space is marketing before it's trading.

Previous-tenant coverage

Opaque film over inherited signage, old lettering and a half-finished interior, giving a clean base to build the activation on.

Event and market activations

Graphics for short-run installations, festival units and brand experiences, produced to the exact panel sizes of the space you've been given.

Photo-moment and social windows

Large-scale artwork and hashtag treatments designed to be photographed from the sidewalk, extending the activation beyond the people who physically visit.

Scheduled teardown

Removal booked against your lease end date, leaving the glass clean for the landlord or the next occupant.

Process

How It Works for Pop-Ups

  1. 01

    Give us the open date

We work backwards from it. Send the unit address, glass measurements or photos, and your artwork in whatever state it exists.

  2. 02

    Produce against the deadline

Artwork is fitted to the unit's real panes, proofed quickly and printed on removable film specified for a short tenancy.

  3. 03

    Install, then strip on schedule

We install ahead of opening and book the removal against your lease end so the glass is handed back clean.

FAQ

Pop-Ups Window Vinyl Questions, Answered.

How fast can pop up shop window graphics be produced and installed?

Faster than most storefront work, because we plan pop-up jobs against your open date. The constraint is usually artwork approval rather than production. Tell us the date when you first get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

Are temporary window graphics fully removable at the end of a short lease?

Yes. We specify removable film for anything with an end date, so it lifts cleanly and leaves the glass as we found it. We can also handle the removal itself as a scheduled part of the job.

Can you cover the previous tenant's signage and lettering?

Yes. Opaque printed or solid vinyl covers old lettering and fixtures on the glass completely. Old vinyl that's lifting or textured should be stripped first, and we can do that in the same visit.

Do we need landlord approval for a temporary storefront wrap?

Usually yes — most commercial leases require sign-off on anything applied to the frontage, even temporarily. It's worth confirming before production. We can supply a scaled visual of the finished frontage to send with the request.

Can the same pop-up graphics be reused at another location?

Generally no. Vinyl is cut to the exact pane sizes of one unit and isn't designed to be lifted and reapplied. If you're running the same concept in several spaces, we can reprint the same artwork to each unit's measurements — the design work is done once.
